2027 Event Pricing

These rates apply to events taking place in 2027.
Existing signed agreements retain their agreed pricing.

Standard Reservation

PRICE: $900

Includes seven hours of building access: two hours for setup and five hours for your event and cleanup.

Need more time? Additional hours are $80 per hour, subject to approval, and must be reserved at least seven days before your first reserved date. Add up to eight hours, for a maximum of 15 hours total. All cleanup and departure must be completed within your approved access hours and no later than midnight.

Total including the $150 refundable Safety Deposit: $1,050

Full-Day Reservation

PRICE : $1650

Enjoy access from 8 a.m. to midnight — a full 16 hours for setup, your event, and cleanup.


Available any day of the week, including for single-day conferences. All cleanup and departure must be completed by midnight.

Total including the $150 refundable Safety Deposit: $1,800

Two-day Reservation

PRICE : $2300


Includes access from 8 a.m. to midnight on each reserved day, regardless of the days of the week.

Additional reserved days are $1,000 per day.

Decorations, equipment, and belongings may remain onsite overnight between reserved days. Overnight occupancy is not permitted; all guests must leave by midnight each day.

Setup may begin at 8 a.m. on the first reserved day. Final cleanup and removal of all belongings must be completed by midnight on the final reserved day.

Two-day total including the $150 refundable Safety Deposit: $2,450.
